This is the Peugeot RC concept, which will be unveiled at the Paris motor show this October.
The four-door, four-seat coupe introduces a new design face for the range, likely to be seen first in production on the new 607 and 407, due around 2010/11.
Compared to the Peugeot 908 RC concept shown in Paris 2006, the new design looks much better resolved and proportioned.

Fabulous!  I take back all the things I have said about the current Peugeot design team!!

I do believe you meant the new 608 amd 408, though.

If the 608 stays faithful to this concept, I think it would place Peugeot near the top of the Coupe-Sedan genre now dominated by the Merc CLS, Passat CC and the Jaguar XF.

It's great to see the Lion may indeed have an interesting future with some excitement dialled in as well.

At last!  Hopefully we will see the end of the ugly fronted peugeot.

Is it just me or is everyone else starting to get a little pi*sed off with every concept coming out with a hybrid? 

I've always liked Peugeots, because they're so recognisable as being a Peugeot. And I love this one. However, Autocar has failed to mention that the name for this new Concept is actually "RC..." - because the full name will be revealed at the Paris Motor Show. Anyway, it looks good, and I hope that engine, and technology similar to it, makes it into a few more cars - and preferably soon, and preferably in production models!!!!!!!
