An awfully macho badge for such a small, low-powered car, but with the GM re-branding of Daewoo has come a raft of small but welcome improvements across the board. Low price and economy remain the chief attractions, but the Matiz has nothing in its repertoire that the Fiat Panda hasn't got covered with talent to spare.
