A response, in this week's magazine a reader asked about Aircon and weather equipment for a Caterham in Saudi-Arabia. group of us took Se7ens across the south-west USA in 2005. This included crossing the Mojave dessert, quite a hot place.We didn't have aircon, but found Misty-Mate a useful aid. As for customised weather kit, Jill Judd at "Soft Bits for Se7ens" created mini sun shade hoods for us. One of our number had an RST V8 Caterham,he is based in Dubai, and didn't have aircon. Many thanks for this - the Misty Mate sounds good. You don't explain what it is but I can guess. One of my oldest friend's brother is a long time Sevener and has done tours. This is a side of Seven ownership that rarely gets noticed. It's not all Nurburgring, is it?
